By accessing or using VertoCA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your firm's professional practice. You may not:

Modify or copy the software or its source code.
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your firm's subdomain is your responsibility. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on your chosen plan (Monthly or Yearly). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your portal access. Prices are subject to change with a 30-day notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

VertoCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, MP, India.
